Summary I am a pharmaceutical chemistry major at UC Davis. I have taken general chemistry, organic chemistry, and I am enrolling in upper division chemistry courses. I have special interest in organic chemistry, research, and medicine and am looking to get any related experience. Relevant Educational experience General chemistry with lab Organic chemistry with lab Calculus 3 and Biostatistics Took introductory and intermediate python programming courses at UC Santa Cruz, which focused on writing basic programs as well as data types, efficiency of programs, and using libraries GPA: above 3.9 **I have earned an A in every class I have taken in college so far, with the exception of a B+ in Calculus 2 and A- in Biology. Skills Chemistry lab work including titration, distillation, recrystallization, liquid-liquid separation of organic compounds, vacuum filtration etc Use of equipment such as gas chromatograph, IR and UV/VIS spectrometer Interpretation of IR, GC and NMR readouts Python programming including use of Numpy, Scipy, and Matplotlib for mathematical processing and visualization, Nibabel for reading neuroimaging data, and Keras for basic AI work
I actively run a technology related YouTube channel. I have over 6k subscribers and over 1 million video views. I make videos on topics ranging from iPhone and iPad tutorials, software reviews, and iOS jailbreaking.
