Global planning accountability for the entire supply chain of a global vaccine with collection, aggregation and propagation of demand, supply, inventory and capacity data, working closely with external supply lead and internal site (led migration from Excel to integrated ERP planning). Lead the Global demand review and supply cycle within Monthly S&OP. Drive escalations and convey the plan to the different stakeholders. Participates in Long Range planning activities as well as launch activities. Integrate the LCM (Life Cycle Management) into the plan in close collaboration with regulatory and technical teams (developed a digital tool to scale LCM risk analysis)
Responsible for end-to-end transport and storage of vaccine commercial products, which include transport validation, bank management, budget preparation/monitoring, selection of vendors, endorsement of local distribution models, implementation of Global distribution center for export, storage strategy and acting as SME towards other teams. Supply Chain lead for implementation of Covid19 vaccines transport from Europe to Japan in high pressure context.
