Provide senior-level leadership of all Operations, Programming, Sports, Human Resources, and Legal functions for the organization. • Lead strategic planning on day-to-day activities in the fields of Operations, Human Resource and Programming. • Coordinate daily operations of the 13.5 acre main campus with a 64,000 square foot building containing 2 basketball courts, a swimming pool, a multi-purpose room, locker rooms, and 10 classrooms, as well as a baseball, softball, and football field and 30 acres on the North Campus, including 5 baseball fields. • Oversee operations of James Cool Papa Bell Stadium and grounds with concessions and restrooms, and the Surrey Lane Athletic Assn, Bob Russell Baseball Park. • Manage a lean annual operating budget; coordinate financial activity through MIP software including incoming revenue and outgoing expenditures, and assist in the design & implementation of the Long Range Plan to include the Five-Year financial plan. • Develop and manage a wide variety of program activities and sports leagues to serve 4,300 annual youth participants (2,700 paid members, 1,600 non-paid); includes a swim team, 17 football, 50 baseball, 75 basketball, 3 soccer, and 4 lacrosse teams, as well as a tennis program, summer day camp for 300 children, and 14 cheerleader teams. • Provide direction, leadership, and development of 21 full and part-time employees, as well as an annual volunteer workforce of 900; wrote original policies and procedures, job descriptions, and job grades to ensure consistency and equity. • Manage the club's human resource policies, legal issues, payroll, benefits administration, retirement plan, and deductions; maintain HR, Director, programming and liability insurance.
