Currently, I work closely with the Management Board, especially with the Chief Transformation Officer and the Senior Leaders to drive the strategic transformation of the Evotec. I oversee the related change management and organization development activities globally, like the stakeholder engagement strategy, the change impact analysis in all businesses and functions across all global sites and our central change communication. This also includes the top down organization design process (TOM implementation) and roll-out of the new Vision and Purpose for Evotec as part of the new strategy.
