As Director of Solution Architecture, I lead a team of solution architects that are responsible for the .com platform of adidas and Reebok. It is our responsibility to design and oversee the implementation of a highly performant and scalable website and the microservices that it relies on. Always looking for opportunities to bring the adidas digital architecture to the next level and trying to find ways for technology to improve our consumer experience. Also responsible for coaching a large cross-functional technical product area of around 35 people.
