My inspiration, passion, and energy stem from collaborating with exceptional individuals committed to delivering outstanding results. It’s been an incredible honor to work alongside top-tier professionals around the world—many of whom I now consider friends. Together, we’ve driven forward transformative projects and initiatives that continue to shape organizations and experiences. As a Global Design and Construction Leader, I’ve led the planning and execution of high-impact capital programs totaling over $6 billion across education, commercial, and hospitality sectors. My leadership experience spans global and national initiatives, organizational startups, business scaling, IPOs, and private equity transitions. At American Express, as Global Head of Design & Construction, I oversaw a $1.5 billion program covering a 13 million square foot portfolio across 40+ countries—including campuses, data centers, lounges, and interiors. At EdisonLearning, as SVP of Real Estate, Design & Construction, I delivered more than 3 million square feet of educational space, launching over 100 schools across 20 states and 50 cities. At WeWork, as Global Head of Project Delivery, I led the delivery of innovative coworking spaces in 20+ countries with an annual capital plan surpassing $1.7 billion. I’ve built and scaled global teams, led insourcing and outsourcing transitions, and established high-performance platforms aligned with strategic business objectives. My approach is rooted in collaboration, clarity, and execution. Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in project controls and delivery through roles at Turner Construction and McDonald’s Corporation, where I gained hands-on experience in construction management and corporate development in complex, fast-paced environments. My leadership journey began as a U.S. Marine Corps officer. With over 20 years of active and reserve service, I retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. The Marine Corps shaped my ability to lead across the strategic, operational, and tactical spectrum—skills that continue to serve me in high-stakes, dynamic business environments.
