Since June 2021, I have been working as an Agile Coach with the Enterprise Technology and Security (ET&S) group at PNC Bank. Currently, I have a SAFe Practice Consultant 6.0 (SPC) certification, along with the SAFe enablements for SA, POPM, SSM, and Team that allows me to teach those four classes to PNC personnel. During my time as an Agile Coach, I have worked with the following areas to help Agile teams mature their Agile practices: • Digital Identity – Helped DI reorganize their agile teams to be smaller and more Product aligned teams. Worked with management on doing a big room planning session once every four sprints that helps all teams keep informed on what changes everyone is working on. • Worked with many groups with PNC on the creation of OKRs within their area. • Conducted Process Flow for: o Cruise Group - that allowed them to find wait times within the server creation process. o Decommissioning group - that helped create documentation on all the steps needed to decommission a product. o ET&S Project Management - to review the ECO change process and how it affects project management. • Was one of the two Coaches that conducted first SAFe Value Steams within PNC for Fraud. • Help conduct an in-person Value Stream session for the EDW group in Cleveland. • Help conduct the first Program Increment session for the Fraud group that kicked off Fraud’s SAFe transformation. • Help the Fraud group in planning the Inspect and Adapt Iteration that helped all the Fraud teams get ready for their second Program Increment. • Coached the Fraud group through the second Program Increment, helping them set up solution roadmaps, Art and Initiative Kanban boards, and general Coaching with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Product Owners when questions arose.
I am currenting managing 14 Scrum Masters, 32 Agile teams, for the Retail Line of Business for the Bank Operations and Demand Deposits groups. The Agile teams utilized both Scrum and Kanban methodologies. • Established and supported communities of practices to promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help individuals develop into them. • Setup Lunch and Learn sessions to help train Agile team members on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Bank Operations, and Processing. • On more substantial changes, setup the Scaled Agile processes to organize 74 teams into Development Groups. Setup Big Room planning sessions, putting all teams on the same cadence and combined Demo sessions. • Gave Training sessions to Agile crews in Scrum, Kanban, BDD, Jira usage, VersionOne, Confluence, and Matter Most • Gave an orientation overview of the Agile tools to new teams joining trains. • Worked with business partners and Stakeholders to develop reporting needs and team dashboards. • Organized Scrum of Scrum sessions on the Trains • Championed cultural change and collaborated with other managers on plans and techniques for accelerating and advancing the organization’s transformation. • Developed a mentorship process within my group to help younger Scrum Master develop their talents. • Showed my staff how to lead their Agile teams to become high performing teams.

Oversee software development for digital pathology application at a medical device company. Direct full software development life cycles (SDLCs).
