      Since June 2021, I have been working as an Agile Coach with the Enterprise Technology and Security (ET&S) group at PNC Bank. Currently, I have a SAFe Practice Consultant 6.0 (SPC) certification, along with the SAFe enablements for SA, POPM, SSM, and Team that allows me to teach those four classes to PNC personnel. During my time as an Agile Coach, I have worked with the following areas to help Agile teams mature their Agile practices: • Digital Identity – Helped DI reorganize their agile teams to be smaller and more Product aligned teams.
