My career spans three areas that rarely meet: Deep AI Product, Global Change Consulting, HR Strategy & Operations - their intersections form the seams to connect - to lead the AI transformation. I led Talent Transformation, Talent Intelligence Platform, and Agentic Scale programs at an enterprise AI company, where I built a customer practice from a standing start into an eight-figure ARR business across Fortune 100 and public sector clients. Before that, as an Engagement Manager at a global consulting firm in San Francisco, I led organizational design, change, and M&A integration engagements for global companies. And before consulting, I ran HR and transformation programs on the operator side, across France, Vietnam/The Philippines/China, and India. The combination is not common. Most advisors have worked one side. I’ve worked three, with commercial accountability throughout. I’m bilingual in French and English, conversational in Spanish, and have lived and worked on most continents. The ability to work well with people across cultures is how impact and outcomes materialize.

During a transition period of around 6 months into a reorg, I led a pod of Eightfold team members composed of functional (product workflows, talent transformation) and technical (integration systems, core platform) Solution Experts in charge of our VIP/Platinum customers. 1. I joined Capgemini Consulting in San Francisco in 2016, which became Capgemini Invent in 2018 growing from a 200+ team of strategy consultants to a 1000+ Digital Transformation engine with the acquisitions of customer engagement company LiquidHub, innovation agency Fahrenheit212, design studio Idean, and merging of Data Science and Industry Group Capabilities. Started as Learning Partner, quickly extended to Country HR Manager (team of 4) and ExCom member as HR Head - Capgemini Vietnam provides IT project and maintenance services to global insurers and grew 60% between 2014and beg. 2016, to 200 people. o Accountable for the recruitment plan. Developed strategy & decision-making tools, planning & reporting, network & partnerships with one recruiter. --> 2015 highlights: 80 hired - 30% senior technical, 40% IT college graduates, 30% Vn, Fr, En speaking. o Led the development of policies and processes for the entire HR function scope: --> Improved HR processes & tools (HR insights & data: Recruitment, C&B, skills, performance cycle, annual survey programs, weekly KPIs) --> Led the dvlpmt. of benefits programs, managed employee lifecycle, people conflicts, coordinated legal actions. --> Drove implementing best practice programs: - FSGBU Global Competency Model and Career Framework for development planning - Coordinated, led and performed L&D governance and processes, certifications and communities: EM, BA, Insurance, Testing; aligned their leaders, increasing the impact of skills development programs. - Led program to develop PMs into talent developers, improving the quality of performance mngt operations (appraisals, promotions, salary reviews, rewards& recognition). In 2015, rejuvenated with freshers. - Produced and broadcasted branding videos to client-facing units (EN/FR) leading to developing BD activities.
Strategic Business Analysis in direct support of the new Marketing Director. o Prepared the 3-year Strategic Plan with the 5 BU VPs and regional functions. o Developed and documented a Sales & Marketing reporting solution linking Salesforce to Office; using Access, Excel, PowerPoint. Created semi-automated dashboards for Marketing reports and ad-hoc analysis across BUs. - Developed a database and local solution for master data processes between Sales and Marketing. - Generated the implementation of a custom Schneider Electric pricing solution. --> Improved the Marketing team's efficiency by reducing reporting time from 4 Product Managers 2 days/month to 1 Data Specialist 2 days/month. This effort concluded in the creation of a Data Management hub in Singapore in 2014. o Assessed the distribution network and produced the distribution mapping of SE's mass-market electrical ranges and of its competitors' countrywide. Channels scope: Panel Builders, Distributors, Retailers. --> Achievement: identified a key nationwide Distribution partner leading to C-level negotiations. o Initiated the implementation of the Business Intelligence team processes and tools in the Philippines for macroeconomics, market trends, segments, and competitor analysis, country wide. - Developed quantified competitor and product mapping across distribution channels. - Engaged BU heads and country leadership on results to derive insights and action plan. --> Concluded sell-out reports on the top 3 distributors o Wrote the 2014 Philippines Commercial Policy for Distributors in partnership with the Marketing director. Interviewed SEA Country Marketing heads for best practices, PH BU heads, account managers, Finance controllers. Developed the analysis, insights, and targets for sales incentives. --> Achievement: top management support on strategic challenges during key times.
