Everything is audited and certified with ISO, SOCs and BSI C5 certificates and available in the SAP Trust Center for a complete transparency on how SAP manages Hr systems for 10.300+ companies and stores personal data or 200M+ employees. Last but not least, I am also able to explain how SAP SuccessFactors provides capabilities to allow our customers to build their compliance with PII (GDPR, PIPL, ...), our AI Strategy regarding ethic and data protection and to integrate their Core HR system in the landscape for End-2-End processes combining multiples components, Cloud or Not, SAP or Not (Corporate MiddleWare like SAP BTP, APIs, Event-based Engine).
With my BI, Planning and Predictive background and experience, I truly believe Human Capital Analytics improve business agility and deliver impactful outcomes for our customers. Workforce planning also is an important cornerstone in company strategy by building company's budget and by avoiding talent-related disruption. As Solution Advisor focusing on People Analytics, I am a bridge between SAP SuccessFactors product management, Sales team, Partners and Customer Community. I help sales & partners on SAP Cloud strategy, product roadmaps, generate demands and guide in early deal stages in relation with Reporting, Analytics, Planning and Predictive models. I’m also supporting our customers in their implementation and adoption by collecting feedbacks and pains to share with Product Management. I’m also in close contact with development teams responsible for People Analytics implementation to understand roadmap and vision.
I served as a member of the Global IT - Enterprise Analytics team at SAP, responsible for overseeing all reporting, planning, and predictive solutions within the organization. This dynamic team consisted of about 350 personnel distributed globally, including numerous business representatives. Specifically, I was part of the Platform and Solution Enablement Team, functioning both as project manager and architect. I provided support for planning and predictive projects on an internal basis. I managed the redesign of the strategic internal financial planning solution, encompassing monthly forecasts, budgets, and latest estimates, with a team comprised of 15 engineers and 5 contractors. This overhaul utilized SAP BW and BPC technologies, and was executed using an Agile Scrum methodology in Germany.
I was working for SAP IT in the Global BI Team. This team (45 people across the world) was responsible for developing and supporting BI solutions for SAP Lobs (Sales, Marketing, FS, HR, Support, ...). Those solutions were runnning on top of SAP BW and BusinessObjects products. After 7 years as post-sales consultant for French Operations, I have worked for IT BI Team, which was responsible for Business Objects deployment for Business Objects. It's a great challenge to use products we sell. My customers were BO Finance, BO Sales and BO PG groups and we have deployed BO on top of PSFT FINANCE (GLE, O2C, P2P, OM), PSFT CRM, SFDC or specific data warehouses around Sales opportunities and technical escalations.
