About

IT Workplace Transformation and Infrastructure Delivery professional with 33+ years of experience leading large-scale technology implementations, with deep specialization in IT construction, workplace technology, office buildouts, and IT owner’s representative responsibilities. My current role focuses on IT infrastructure design and delivery for construction, real estate, relocation, expansion, and workplace transformation projects across the KPMG US offices. I work across the full lifecycle: early planning, design review, requirements development, vendor engagement, RFP development / Bidding process, procurement coordination, network setup and configuration, implementation oversight, hands-on final delivery, issue resolution, and operational handoff. I bring a practical balance of technical depth, project execution, and vendor management. My experience includes structured cabling, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, AV, server room and IDF/MDF design, UPS systems, ATS, PDUs, power coordination, physical installation, equipment configuration, and operational handoff. I regularly partner with internal IT teams, real estate, facilities, architects, engineers, general contractors, low-voltage vendors, and business leadership to ensure technology requirements are properly represented and delivered. A major strength is translating business, construction, and workplace needs into reliable IT infrastructure. I am effective in environments where technology must be coordinated with design, construction schedules, budget constraints, vendor capabilities, and operational support models. I also have a strong background in analytical troubleshooting, which helps identify risks early and resolve complex issues during implementation. Outside of formal work, technology has remained a long-term area of hands-on learning. I maintain a substantial home technology environment that includes NAS systems, virtualization, networking, home automation, AV integration, lighting, shades, security, CCTV, and other infrastructure platforms. I also previously engineered a large cryptocurrency mining environment, which required practical solutions for power, cooling, hardware reliability, and operational monitoring. My focus is on roles where IT, real estate, construction, and workplace transformation intersect—especially positions requiring strong technical judgment, vendor oversight, infrastructure planning, and owner-side representation for complex technology delivery.
