Deliver essential IT support within a large-scale enterprise environment, ensuring high system uptime and seamless daily operations for a workforce of 2,000+ employees. Key Responsibilities: • High-Volume Support: Manage and resolve between 50 to 125 technical tickets per week, troubleshooting diverse hardware, software, and network issues. • Project Collaboration: Serve as an active member of the IT deployment team, assisting with company-wide security rollouts, multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforcement, and large-scale hardware refresh projects. • Hybrid Identity & Device Management: Administer users and devices daily using a mix of Microsoft cloud and on-premise tools, including Azure/Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, and Active Directory. • Application Support: Provide dedicated technical troubleshooting for core business applications, including bespoke in-house software used for finance, procurement, and operations. • Team Escalation: Work alongside specialized infrastructure and procurement teams to ensure complex technical issues are routed and resolved efficiently.
