I’ve worn many hats in my career – engineer, operations manager, teacher, missionary, church planter, pastor, employment consultant and mentoring coach. My current role as a project manager allows me to use my strengths to not only ensure but also enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery including daily operations, planning, scheduling and administration. The unique combination of my work experience and training in the fields of engineering, church ministry and career & work counselling have provided me with the opportunity to build many strengths and a solid set of skills to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges. I have successfully held a variety of leadership and management positions including leading a regional team that serviced hundreds of construction projects to achieve annual sales and productivity substantially exceeding production and targets – Number 1 Performer among the three regions. Overall my biggest strength would be a deep sense of ownership of every project I take on. As an organized self-starter I appreciate quality and see things through to completion – from vision to detail. I am also known to be a personable and compassionate professional with extensive experience in counselling and working with people from various cultures and socio-economic backgrounds, which also includes high risk groups. Specialties: operational management, counselling, customer service, teaching/training, presentation, program development, program management, planning, scheduling, project administration, documentation and preparation of reports, data collection and statistics.
While enjoying my time off from full-time employment, I completed a Japanese Rock Garden project which I designed, created and built. Also, during this period I managed several home improvement projects - the building of a deck, finishing a basement and hardscaping works for both front and backyards of our new home.
