Currently, he is a Managing Consultant at IBM Consulting (formerly GBS) performing the following roles as part of large global projects/programmes, strategy reviews or IBM Garages: • (Sub) Project Lead; • Change Manager for large & complex Transformations; • Strategy Advisor for HR & IT Dynamic Operating Models; • Subject Matter Expert for Shared Service Centers; • Service Delivery / Transition Manager for AMS; • Business Analyst for System Integration; • Trainer for enhanced Learning. He has excellent client and stakeholder relationship management and communication skills, be a proven team-player and have demonstrated leadership qualities. Fluent in German and English, Thomas has accomplished project work for companies like SIEMENS, R+V-Versicherung, Philips, OSRAM, Pearson, Bilfinger, Daimler, pbb Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, Credit Suisse, Pfizer, Deutsche Bahn and international organisations like UNHCR gaining in depth knowledge of the financial, industrial, pharmaceutical and public sectors.
