I define the direction of the overall digital B2B sales strategy and ensure understanding, commitment, and sign-off across all BESTSELLER brands and markets. · Drive the value harvesting of BESTSELLER direct ensuring ROI for brands & markets · Ensure the right level of engagement on management level in relation to digital transformation · Ensure management consultancy in regards to BESTSELLER direct and related activities · Ensure timely and sufficient communication towards stakeholders · Execute Change Leadership and enable Change Management within the program team · Provide continuous measurement and recommendations to improve the sales channel shift · Earn commitment for the digital transformation across BESTSELLER · Organizational development and performance through clear guidance and responsibilities · Ensure execution of HR activities such as Value Adding Dialogues, 1:1s, team meetings etc. · Ensure that budgets, business targets and strategic objectives are meet · Staying up-to-date with digital innovations, changes in competition and market shifts.
