My responsibilities included requirements gathering and validation, process mapping, and stakeholder workshop facilitation. - Project Lead for a Housing Association client, defining the to-be process for a new working method. - Business analyst for a client in the energy sector within a project to define the requirements for new technology to assist in digital transformation. I am a Business Analyst in the construction sector. I am part of a team responsible for process mapping, requirements gathering, as-is workshop facilitation, and submitting a business case for investment in an ERP. - Project Management for a client in the Housing sector, guiding the client through defining and prioritising their digital portfolio. • Internal Promotion: In early 2020 I was successful in working toward an internal promotion from Health and Fitness Instructor to Health & Fitness Supervisor/Assistant Manager of the facility, working closely with the HF Manager to oversee the daily operations, and business development of the multi-million-pound facility. Assisting in the management and development of team of up to 30 people, ranging from self-employed, part time, full time and integrated departmental teams. • Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with various departments across the university, including UK Sport/Team GB, Student Union and Sports Operations to ensure that we continued and build on our offering as a facility. As well as working with external stakeholders such as England Rugby, New Zealand All Black and local businesses to utilise the use of our vast facility to fit the needs of local and international sports. • Governance: As part of my internal promotion, my first role was to act as assistant manager to restructure safety procedures and guidelines to fulfill the needs of Government Covid regulations within health and fitness facilities. Ensuring staff were trained in their new business requirements and had clear and informed knowledge on approaching difficult situations and instilling best practice to clients and members of the facility.

Educating PT students enrolled on their professional certification course, leading them through structured group exercises practices. • Group/Class Instruction: Managing class timetables of up to 60 classes per week to a membership base of 2000, with this over seeing class cover and instructor management weekly. Leading several of my own classes per week up to 30 participants per class, working in studio environment delivering Boxing, Circuits, Ab/Core and Spin classes.
