With this thesis I provided a guideline on how to successfully become a system innovator by implementing a product platform and aligning the engineering/R&D, marketing, and sales department to support this product platform strategy.
With this project I did research in the differences in performance effects between cross-functional based structure and project based structure in an Engineer-To-Order environment.
