As Head of Energy Management, I lead a team of energy managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to industrial and horticultural clients across the Netherlands and Europe. I focus on optimizing team performance, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining client satisfaction. My role involves coaching energy managers and developing their skills, overseeing training programs, and supporting the rollout of new products and initiatives. As part of the management team, I contribute to company strategy by providing insights on product development, market expansion, and organizational growth.
As an Energy Manager, I am responsible for the energy management of industrial and horticultural clients. This includes optimizing costs and maximizing revenues through asset management, short-term and long-term energy trading, and comprehensive energy analysis. I also advise clients on energy-related investments, strategy, and development, helping them achieve their financial, operational, and sustainability goals.
