Responsible to offer customer sales support in a specific technical IT capacity. I'm tasked to offer Quest team members best business practices and manufacturer-certified expertise in order to provide the utmost solution to meet clients' objectives. I maintain a relationship with all associated manufacturer representatives including their sales, customer service and engineering staff as well as having a direct line to the client in concert with the dedicated Account Manager. I also work closely with all appropriate, internal Quest departments for the smooth implementation and delivery of Quest's products and services.
