I am a Platform Engineer with specialization in Terraform, CI/CD, Container Orchestration, AWS, and Azure. I have been working with building Cloud Platforms for the last few years and have been working in IT 7+ years, where I have had the opportunity to work on various sizes of networks and systems including everything from using Terraform and Jenkins to manage cloud platforms to manually configuring VOIP trunks. I am currently working on deepening my knowledge of many different tool sets to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable cloud platforms.
Working in a Hybrid Cloud environment between VMware VCenter, Microsoft Azure, and AWS in a mozed Linux and Windows environment. Working supporting and building infrastructure in Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning and more in Azure. EC2, VPC and more in AWS.

Created and maintained AWS Lambda functions running Python to automate notifications, creating image snapshots, creating monthly compliance reports, and retention of backups. Performed DR exercises failing over OpenSearch domains, and RDS clusters between regions without data loss while maximizing RTO for the customer applications. Worked directly with AWS EC2, AWS Lambda, AWS OpenSearch, AWS RDS, AWS VPC, Terraform, Jenkins, Amazon Linux, Ansible, and GitHub to support a platform running VMware Tanzu.

Resolved L3 tickets supporting vSphere, AWS EKS, Azure, RHEL, Windows Server, and OpenShift. Helped develop new service offerings for clients utilizing Microsoft Azure. On-boarded client environments into a managed services environment to include, building standard operating procedures, defining monitoring to achieve contractual SLOs, training L2 and L3 personnel.
