About

My first job was as a dishwasher at Angelo’s in Stoneham, MA. I worked there for a month to get my feet wet in the working world before heading off to school. The following summer, I worked for my dad’s painting company, where I learned a great deal about painting, as well as how to work efficiently and effectively to meet clients’ needs. The next summer, I joined Direct Kitchens in Revere, MA, as a delivery driver. I drove a box truck throughout Greater Boston and into New Hampshire, making sure every client received all their cabinets, panels, and countertops in perfect condition. I also learned the importance of holding myself accountable—especially when making timely phone calls to clients and contractors. Most recently, I returned to work for my dad, this time taking on a larger role. I handled more challenging tasks, worked higher on ladders, and picked up additional basic contracting skills that improved both the quality of the home and the final paint finish.
