About

Franco-British project manager based in Bogotá, currently working on financial inclusion and partnership development across Latin America. My work sits at the intersection of insurance, ecosystem building, and implementation. Usually in environments where public institutions, private companies, NGOs, brokers, and local actors all need to collaborate despite operating with very different incentives and realities. Much of my recent experience has focused on inclusive insurance initiatives for underserved populations and micro-entrepreneurs in Colombia, helping translate strategic partnerships into projects that can actually function on the ground. What has gradually drawn me toward this field is less the financial sector itself than the systems around it: how access, trust, distribution, and institutional coordination shape economic participation in emerging markets. I’m particularly interested in embedded protection models, MSME resilience, and the role public-private collaboration can play in expanding access to financial services beyond traditional urban and formal segments. Before moving into financial inclusion, I worked on projects connected to social innovation, humanitarian ecosystems, and community-driven development. Looking back, the common thread has always been an interest in how different sectors (often with conflicting languages and priorities) can still build workable forms of cooperation around complex social and economic issues. Originally from France and the UK, I’ve spent much of my academic and professional life in international environments, especially across Latin America. Living and working in Colombia has probably shaped my professional approach more than anything else: it taught me to pay attention to context, relationships, informal dynamics, and the gap that often exists between institutional design and operational reality. Outside work, I spend a lot of time outdoors: climbing, hiking, skiing, caving, or generally disappearing into the mountains whenever possible. I also still enjoy collaborative and public-facing environments, which likely comes from years of theatre and improv earlier on. Always glad to connect with people working across financial inclusion, development, partnerships, or ecosystem-building in LATAM and beyond.
