Supports the review of payments by providing multifunctional analysis. Provides assessments regarding nonperformance related to not meeting contractual deliveries. Executes procurement processes. Balance workload and tasks. Serve as a facilitator for coordinating team projects and initiatives. Communicates with contractors to ensure they understand and comply with DPAS requirements. Responsible for planning and implementing different systems associated with surveillance. Actively participates in meetings with contractor personnel to resolve complex problems to establish adequate records consistent with contractual terms associated with government property. Coordinates and conducts investigations associated with contractor liability as it relates to deliverables. Conducts CRR and analyzes new contracts to ensure systems are adequately fulfilled. Coordinates with personnel to track disposition of property. Provides technical advice to different personnel. Conducts contract audits & inspections for conformance with technical requirements. Prepares, maintains & retains plans, records, data, reports, correspondence, & other documentation as required. Tracks, evaluates supplier responses, and closes Corrective Action Requests (CAR). Routinely uses: EDA, MOCAS, COMPASS, SDW, eTools, 360, CR&R PAO, DSM, RIO, CAR, WAWF, CDR, PDREP, and IWMS. Designs, plans and implements an effective risk management program.
