Conducting the implementation of a new Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) capability across 45 sites and 9000 employees in Canada + the USA. Enacting changes to culture, working practices and software to better enable a more competitive, efficient and utilised EHS capability.
Bidding, costing and winning opportunities ranging from small £30k short term three man team projects to large frameworks, and up to £5.5m multi year/currency/location projects including international work. Managing in parallel several projects from beginning till end including foreign currency, firm - fixed price, Cost plus and Limit of Liability projects. Directing team efforts to completing work on time and cost to customer satisfaction where the team itself was often: - Split across multiple sites - Unable to meet as a team at any one time - Abroad - Being introduced to new working practices Managing change both internally and externally with a project through resource allocation, scope change, schedule changes and contract changes. Coordinating with the customer to ensure high satisfaction, the building of a strong rapport and encouraging future business with them and assisting in achieving early invoicing.

The site has a strong focus on reducing human error and as such required a great deal of planning and rule writing. - Technology Tracking, producing technology forecast reports by looking at technology development and determining predictions of developments and their effects as well as Black Swan events. - Information Management, developing a system to process a very large number of documents and register them correctly with no mistakes and clear lineage established for each document. - User Requirements and System requirements consultation and document creation.
