I am a computer engineer with 28 years of experience in industrial / automotive software and hardware design as well as field applications and sales support in the semiconductor industry. I have deep experience with MPU, MCU, DSP, Analog, and high speed communications platforms from a hardware, software, and systems perspective. My next career goal is to build/lead teams to create great products in the automotive or semiconductor industries in the application areas of ADAS/Safety, Infotainment, Audio, and Digital Cockpit.
Lead customer Principal FAE for direct customers designing chassis (braking, steering, ride dynamics), 400V/800V EV OBC and HV Inverters, ADAS, zonal architecture, and active/passive safety airbag and restraints systems.
15 years focused on Processor and MCU/MPU/DSP system design and support with automotive focus on all aspects of Infotainment, ADAS, and Gateway applications.
Sold and supported automotive semiconductor product lines with a focus on MCU and Analog. Developed AUTOSAR/CAN solutions for Microchip products. Developed and proposed system level solutions to customer problems to win revenue.
Worked in R&D electronics group designing camera/radar systems for various ADAS applications using MCU (C55, TMS470, Star12) and MPU/DSP (ADI SHARC/BlackFin) platforms. Developed ACC(77Ghz)/SOD(24GHz) radar applications and LDW/Night-Vision CMOS imager camera systems.
