I started working for Medline Industries in January of 2022 as a Customer Service Representative after retiring as a 911 dispatcher after 30+ years. I was promoted to Account Services Representative in September of 2022. I am assigned to 3 Sales Representatives and assist them with everything from orders, returns, order tracking, and more. In my prior career as a 911 dispatcher, involved in building and maintaining 3 different software programs, as well as the training of new personnel. I was nominated and won the 2014 Wisconsin Public Safety Communications Officer of the year.
