As an accomplished Interim CEO at Cofinity X, I had the privilege of leading the company for six transformative months. During my tenure, I spearheaded and achieved significant milestones, contributing to the company's success and growth in multiple aspects. Here are some highlights of our accomplishments: 🏢 Company Inception and Office Establishment: Successfully guided the company through its inception and played a pivotal role in securing and setting up our offices in the dynamic city of Cologne. 🚀 Catena-X Beta Phase Go-Live and Operational Success: Led the successful launch and seamless operation of the Catena-X Beta Phase since April, facilitating productive data exchange through Cofinity-X. 👥 Team Expansion: Oversaw the recruitment and onboarding of numerous talented Cofinity-X team members, bolstering the company's capabilities and fostering a collaborative work environment. 🚀 Smooth Transition to Catena-X Release 3.1: Successfully managed the transition and ongoing operations of Catena-X Release 3.1, ensuring seamless integration and optimum performance. The opportunity to build and lead this organization brought me immense joy and satisfaction.
