Running a company like Comactiva Language Partner more then twentyfive years has been a way of life and a challenge in a how to adapt and forecast changes in an ever-changing and quick-moving reality. It is great to be a part in developing our business in order to offer our customers more, wider and better services and at the same time satisfy our employees and suppliers in the best way. But nothing lasts forever, and, in the spring of 2023, I left Comactiva. I am humbly proud of what we have achieved in almost 27 years and feel confident that my partner Victoria Kilstam and CEO Linda Gårdlöv together with the team will adapt the business to the new challenges that await the industry! Finally, I would like to thank all the wonderful collaborations with customers and suppliers over the years and not least to all the fantastic employees who have contributed over the years! Next up is a time for reflection and then I get to see what's waiting around the corner!
As one of the co-founders of Comactiva, my main responsibility is the implementation of strategic and operational functions regarding sales, marketing and business development. Over the last few years, I have noticed a major change in the way marketing takes a more important position in relation to classic sales strategies. The challenge nowadays is to attract prospects and clients by offering interesting and useful services when they need them. For six years I also managed Comactiva’s subsidiary in Berlin, where I was the Operative Manager, representing the Management at Head Quarters in Sweden, in close cooperation with the staff in Berlin.
