Expedite early equipment scope, order and delivery date; supervise the proper installation and sub-contractor coordination of MEP services and systems infrastructure and core building systems. Provide timely closeout documentation including as-built, warranties, operations manuals, emergency call numbers and customer training, Completion of project work on schedule and on budget, and finalizing of customer sign-off and payments.
