I've designed and configured SAP On Premise HR Systems for major global corporations, while working directly with HCM Service Delivery Models and Service Level Agreements. This experience includes guiding clients through our Activate Methodology, Workshops, facilitating decisions based on Leading Practice solutions, guiding configuration and subsequent testing and end user training. While my primary consulting focus is on Time Management, this has allowed me to work directly with the Time Evaluation Schema TM04, Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS), User Exits, and Personnel Calculation Rules for generating quotas and Overtime Calculations.
My role as SAP Process Expert included managing the SAP Implementation of Time Management for our Implementation in 6 European Countries. This position has allowed me the opportunity to establish an Expert Knowledge Level from the technical and functional perspective, in SAP Time Management. In addition, I have a very strong Functional Knowledge in the SAP areas of Payroll, Business Intelligence, HR Security, HR Reports & HR Workflows. I’ve also leaded our Human Resources SAP Support Delivery Team with HR Services Europe for our SAP European Implementation Teams in UK, Germany, France, Ireland and Poland.
