Serve as team lead for IT Security Analysts, provide experienced guidance, mentoring, and oversight of project execution and day-to-day responsibilities. Conduct comprehensive, objective, and timely assessments of IT security risks in collaboration with internal business groups, auditors, third-party vendors, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders. Pioneered an initiative to reduce the organization's reliance on third-party vendors for diagnosing and repairing network attached equipment issues. Through this effort the organization was able to reduce the amount of third-party support requests drastically, while significantly improving uptime for mission critical equipment.
