For 80-150 part-time personnel, supervise and document mandatory job training. Oversee the proper physical, mental, moral, and administrative/insurance coverage status of all new employees before job training. Advise staff on proper steps for disciplinary actions. Relay all labor relation to Personnel Supervisor and corporate Human Resources. Monitor staff and training using Microsoft Office Suite products and submitting information to management and stakeholders.
