As Project Manager at Citymesh, my responsabilities include the planning, execution and delivery of Private Network projects, coordinating all aspects of the project, monitoring progress, managing resources and ensuring on-time & compliant deliverables, and therefore customer satisfaction. With Citymesh Private Network Solutions I’ve overseen the design and delivery of IT and OT infrastructures, including (W)LAN, Security and Mobile 4G/5G technologies, across various sectors. Among those projects : BASF, Takeda Lessines and Brussels Airport Company private networks, which are flagships projects for the company. In these assignments, I’ve been following up on : * full deployment of 4G/5G private network infrastructure; considering 3 frequency layers (B7, B28 and N78), indoor and outdoor coverage * indoor network extension (DAS) * outdoor network extension and/or frequency addition (B7, B28) * migration and upgrade of existing network (from B42 to B7 and N78) * collaborative deployment with third parties (partners and/or customers). As a Project Manager, I’m responsible of : * Project planning and management (PMBOK methodology) * Team coordination * Stakeholder management * Budget management * Quality assurance * Risk management (HSE (Safety) meetings) * Reporting and evaluation (audits) * Customer contact (SPOC) during project delivery * Compliance monitoring
