• Leading a team of 25 FTE’s (Network Planning; Customer Service; Supply Planning; Purchasing; Projects) • Responsible for inventory within EMEA Distribution Centres and Country Warehouses (150+M USD inventory / DOH 90); product availability for $1.2+ billion USD sales; 15K SKU’s • Leads the S&OP process with the contract manufacturing sites with a manufacturing volume of 1.2m units • Cost and budget responsibility, managing EMEA supply for $1.2b S&N sales
• Leading the Purchasing (4 FTE) and the Supply Planning teams (6 FTE). • Responsible for managing the contract manufacturers (CMO) with a yearly manufacturing volume of 1.2m units, external suppliers (operational) and the overall product flow into the EMEA region. • Managing more than 15K SKU’s and a yearly sales volume of total 1.2+ billion USD in the categories Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. • Strong focus on reengineering and improving the current ways of working and processes, i.e. design and implement the supply review process within S&OP
• Leading an organization of 13 FTE over two layers and managing a yearly spend volume of total 1.1+ billion CHF across 800 suppliers in the categories personal care, household and clothes • Managing more than 19K SKU’s and ensuring world-class supply service levels @ 98.4 % OTIF (2016) • Drive inventory optimizations / reductions and improve forecast accuracy to meet inventory & obsolescence budgets • Responsible of monitoring and improve all supply processes within the supply chain from the supplier to the distribution center
