Thomas has worked across several industries including Financial Services, Consumer Services, Mining, Telecommunications and Public Sector. Thomas had been with Deloitte for ~9 years and is his expertise lie in advising, implementing and managing Intelligent Automation solutions as well as developing solutions in low-code enterprise technologies. Develop cutting edge automated solutions to clients' current processes which help improve quality, efficiency and reduces costs. (Experienced in RPA and Virtual Assistants / Chatbots) Certified RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer. RPA Certified in Automation Anywhere and UiPath. Experienced Virtual Assistant developer (Services such as KORE, Cognigy, AWS Lex, Dialogflow) Built SAP and SAP SuccessFactors chatbots. I have also been building websites and apps together with Deloitte SA and Portugal developers on the Outsystems 11 platform. Most of my agile ways of working experience has been gained through this project.
This assignment included various activities such as: • The definition of a governance to manage such capability within the company. • The implementation of the chosen software, the identification and analysis through workshops of business and bank-related processes, and the actual development of code and scripts to automate those processes. • Advisory and trainings were included in the scope to ensure the solution was not only fully integrated within the Client’s specific IT setting and aligned with its business needs and requirements but also to build up their internal capability.
