Program Management for Radio communication equipment with responsibility for budget, timeline and quality from the planning phase up to to delivery of the last device. Projects varied form development of single boards with FPGA in an embedded system up to radio communication equipment which had to be planned from Software, Hardware (elctronic, mechanic and high frequency transmission) and system perspective. Since 2010 I was handling customer projects for the delivery of emergency call centres for police, fire department and ambulance coordination. These call centres are used to introduce TETRA radio communication in emergencey call centers.

I was in charge of several maintenance projects with different SW-base in an international project team. My responsibilities were to plan corrections and improvement of packages and tests to provide the customers corrections on schedule according to the agreed SLA (Service level agreements) and the rules of CMMI-level 4. I was also controlling and supporting the acceptance phase and volume deployment of the larger development projects. The customers I was responsible for are German Telekom (DTAG), local Carriers, city networks and a telecommunication network of the German army.
Handling and generation of fault reports in the area of „Call Handling/Supplementary Services“. In November 2001 I started coordinating the tests for several projects. I had to devise different tests and track the progress and time reliability in different locations. (Germany, India, China, Turkey, Belgium)
