Key Achievements : • Provided Project Leadership to Technip Energies FEED Contractor and 150+ Engineers to deliver timely an accelerated FEED in 12 months. • Applied High density modularization strategy for modules delivery in remote and artic location. Maintained design compliance with complex regulatory requirements. • Led joint modularization and fabrication studies to optimize the sea lift strategy resulting in enhanced logistical efficiency and reduced transport risk. • Developed and implemented a robust Interface Management Program bridging key internal stakeholders and external partners, streamlining documentation exchange and enabling the seamless initiation of site early works.
Scope : • Gravenchon Gofiner Second Reactor Project. $120M Site strategic Project. Scope strategy was to grow existing site Conversion on integrated Gofiner / FCCU / Gas Oil Hydrofiner chain through cracking and provide better feed quality for downstream units. • Antwerp Light Ends Expansion Project. $60M Project. Scope covered the debottleneck of existing Naphtha Hydrofiner and Crude Light Ends Unit to allow increased light crude, Coker LPG and naphtha processing. Key Achievements : • Provided Project Leadership to Worley’s Netherlands and Belgium EPC Contractors overseeing a workforce of 50+ professionals. • Drove high quality FEED package development with aggressive schedule targets. Effectively monitored and enhanced Engineering Contractor performance while maximizing High Value Engineering Center use (up to 40%). • Led cross-functional team to deliver Turnaround engineering packages on time and meeting site specific expectations • Provided independent technical oversight and strategic guidance to both ExxonMobil and Worley teams, ensuring alignment with high-quality standards. • Served as Advanced Work Phase Champion, guiding teams and fostering seamless execution
