Execute production to meet department output goals and targets. Support the release process and cycle time targets. In case of process issue /discrepancies, analyze/assess potential quality or business impact and react/escalate appropriately. • Responsible for daily operation on the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, training, and troubleshooting to ensure that all operations are in full compliance with applicable BPR/EBRs, SOPs, safety guidelines, CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and hourly employment policies. • Issues discrepancies, be able to analyze/assess the potential quality or business impact, react/escalate appropriately, and work with cross-functional departments to close discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions. • Identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities and mid-size projects. • Identify technical issues, assist in analysis, and implement solutions. • Ensure all equipment is operational and properly maintained, maintain cGMP compliance of process facility and equipment, and provide support for Validation activities. • Provided effective leadership including: individual goal setting/performance reviews, training, coaching, and managing the development of employees, ensured appropriate staffing levels are met, effectively manage employee performance issue and corrective actions, recognizing and appreciating employee contributions.
