I'm a Product person who has built AI-native B2B SaaS at several high-growth, YC-backed startups. I’ve led both zero-to-one and scale work across Eng/Design/GTM. Currently the second product hire at Instrumentl, I'm leading the shift to a full life cycle grants platform—LLM features + finance integrations including an Award Assistant agent that significantly reduces admin work for grant managers. Previously at Dover, I built an AI-native ATS to hundreds of active companies, featuring AI applicant screening, job description generation, and interview note taking features. I also lecture on AI Business Strategy at Scott Galloway's Section School. Former classical musical musician turned PM. Self-built an opera performance aggregator and discovery platform.

2nd product hire brought on to define strategy and stand up roadmap for Instrumentl’s shift from a single-product grant tool to a full-lifecycle grant management platform. Shipped AI features, finance-system integrations, and enterprise-grade platform improvements that contributed to a multimillion-dollar ARR impact. - AI “Award Assistant” (0→1): Conceived, scoped, and launched an LLM-powered assistant that converts fragmented award language into a clean summary with an embedded compliance checklist—cutting admin time ~50%, lowering compliance risk, and reaching ~60% MAU in the first full quarter post-launch. - Grant spend-down tracking: Delivered native budget-vs-actuals with CSV import (expanding to nonprofit accounting softwares such as QuickBooks/Sage Intacct) for a live cross-functional view; lifted ACV +20% in target segments and reduced product-attributed churn 25%. - Enterprise readiness & deals (universities, multi-chapter orgs): Upgraded the core tracking platform with role-based permissions, collaboration workflows, a Salesforce integration, and external API enhancements—enabling a new enterprise/university plan and closing multiple enterprise logos.
• Sub-10 early hire leading company-wide product strategy and roadmap planning that has contributed to a 4x increase in revenue ($3M -> $14M). Frequently working at the intersection of data (SQL), AI, BizOps, and Product. • Managed over 30 initiatives through the complete product development cycle: problem definition and research, specing and design, user testing, engineer implementation, and cross-functional launch and coordination with customer-facing teams. Generative AI Initiatives • Organized the launch of the first AI-native Applicant Tracking System (ATS) initially yielding 1000 signups, subsequently finding product-market fit, and growing the platform to 300 monthly active companies. Unique AI features include AI job description outreach generation, AI applicant sorting, and an AI-powered interview notetaker. • Spearheaded the research, development, prompting, and launch of a first-of-its-kind LLM-powered ATS assistant that provides a conversational interface to take actions on your candidates directly from Slack. A simple command such as “Let Thomas know I need to reschedule our interview due to a doctor’s appointment” looks up the candidate’s email, drafts a message, and sends it, without ever logging into the platform. • Built and prompt-engineered a fully-automated 99%-accurate GPT-powered classifier that triages candidate recruiting outreach responses into 15 buckets (e.g. Interested, Not interested, Has referral, Has questions, etc.), removing a human-in-the-loop, reducing recruiting coordinator contracting team costs by 20%, and providing real-time candidate response sorting for customers.
