Role as president for the business unit was to develop and grow the company into a full service General Contracting firm. Identify and target markets underserved within our geographic area not currently serviced by traditional construction firms. Developed Regional Points of Development (PODS) each of the (POD) focused on a different sector in the market separated by geographic locations that encompassed the west coast of Florida. Each (POD) was designed a separate profit center supported by our parent company Kesselring Holding Corporation. Implemented Purchasing, Estimating, and Scheduling Systems to reduce overhead cost and improve company turnover. These strategies increased the business unit's revenues by $600,000 in our first fiscal full implementation.
