Lead a team of MRE for CAQ activities and was accountable for utilizing market information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. Part of the strategy team that implemented market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets; managed cost centre (EBITDA growth) for Products & Captives Vertical. Accountable for initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development and identifying prospective clients from various sectors, generating business from the existing, thereby achieving business targets. I developed quarterly forecast and business development plans. Apart from this I was involved in the Hire to retire process for staffing in client engagement. I am heading a team of Account Managers working on technologies across skills. I primarily focus on 1) Growing Existing Customer (End to End Account Management) - Opening new LOB, Align delivery teams for customer needs 2) Developing new clientele and providing staffing solution from domestic market, for contract & permanent position; negotiate billing rates and contract terms/conditions with the associate vendor companies. 3) Enabling and Empowering Partner Ecosystem 4) Training - Delivery team for better productivity within existing customers. Focus on hiring for better fitment for new clients. 5) Payment collection 6) Work with compliance team to ensure company statutory documentation is updated. On quarterly basis I forecast and devise business development plans; allocate work and handle closure strategy formation. Apart from this I am accountable for improving bench redeployment, developing new LOB/ projects and emphasizes driven by SLA; associating with the closest source to the client with a view to insulate the layers to acquire the desired rates and quick feedback. Coordination with Finance team I maintain various documents. With focus on expanding vendor base I interface with prospects and provide support for expanding productivity of Delivery team (Hit & Conversion Ration). Also I obtain new opportunities from the existing prime clients on a day to day basis and am responsible for segregating the job on chore among the delivery team by explaining the exact requirement.
As Principal Partner (Staffing Solutions), I was primarily accountable for devising and implementing various strategies for developing new clients and providing staffing solutions to them. On regular basis I worked towards managing existing and appointing new vendors to expand resource base.
