I led the end-to-end rollout of a Point of Sale solution across 27 countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and governance policies. Collaborating with stakeholders, I co-created product vision and features using the RICE framework while driving SaaS implementations, API integrations, and new feature rollouts to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI. I streamlined project delivery through Scrum methodology, clear communication (Slack, JIRA, Confluence), and centralized reporting dashboards in Looker Studio, while also managing vendor contracts, SLAs, and milestone payments. • Technology - Incorporation of UKG HR and Work Management Solutions within the company as an HR tool to track the payroll of the labor force. Increased the HR productivity by 70% compared to the previous signature-based ledger. • Government Regulations and Compliance - Adoption of the E-Way billing system into the Logistics Department. This included training from the Sales Tax Office on the procedure of generating E-Way bills. This was in compliance with the GST Act, 2017. • Environment & Sustainability - Reduced the usage of plastic covers for packing the products, instead of that cotton waste materials were used. An added savings of $ 0.41 per bundle (50 bags) and $ 14860.29 in a year was achieved. • Quality Control - Incorporated various quality control methodologies to aid the final product (cotton bags) from the damages caused by natural factors (rain and transportation damages Performed a case study to analyze factors causing fungal attacks on cotton materials. Incorporated a heating plant within the factory to dry and heat the plastic bags (post-production) before shipping. This process boosted the sales number by increasing the revenue from |0.78 cr. to |1.3 cr. • Marketing - Managed 12 clients and maintained a healthy relationship during my tenure. Realized that Small, Medium Enterprises (SME) have closer connections to clients than larger corporations. Hence leveraged our Quality Control procedures as marketing tools and submitted internal audit reports.

Practice sports once in a month to maintain customer relation. • Trainer for interns and part-timers, sales training, induction training and basic safety training. • Managing The Team- As a sports leader for two departments, we have to delegate the assigned duties and responsibilities to each team member and their working hours ( rostering ). • Digital - As retail continues to evolve, I have to discover new ways to build brand through social media and other digital channels. • Partnerships- Once my business is thriving in-store and online, I have to reach out into community and work with local sports clubs/schools/businesses to develop partnerships.
