In addition to previous role: - Established and managed cross-functional process organization (~85 employees in matrix structure) - Harmonized and standardized Webasto business processes within the framework of the global ONEWebasto program. - Implemented ~30 major process improvements - Consolidation of 13 different ERP systems in the aftermarket division into one integrated S/4HANA and SAP Cloud for Customers solution - Transition of on-premise landscape into hybrid cloud landscape with MS Azure and Microsoft 365 as core.
