As New Build Husbandry Coordinator with Seabourn Cruise Line as part of the Seabourn Venture start up team, based in Genoa, Italy. As Chief Purser with Seabourn Cruise Line onboard Seabourn Encore, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest, I managed efficiently, all guest and crew administration, and finances. After deciding to return home to complete my studies after my intense career with Seabourn Cruise Line, I started my own business retailing bed and bath linen to keep me busy. The small, independent store sustained a quiet existence as I concentrated on my studies completed in late 2016. As a small business owner, one quickly learnt the immense responsibility that come with running your own business, from it's day to day running of finances, administration, stock control and customer satisfaction. I returned to Seabourn Cruise Line to assist with their new build projects, selling the store locally.
As a Crew Purser with Seabourn Cruise Line on their OSQ class vessels, including Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest. As a Guest Services Specialist with Seabourn Cruise Line I was responsible for: - Knowledgeable concerning all facets of shipboard organization and services, ports of call and shore excursions. - Provide guests with general ship, port and tour information. Process all passengers at embarkation/registration.
