I am a consultant and researcher with 25+ years experience in: - sustainability management, strategy, governance - sustainability reporting - environmental management systems - environmental accounting instruments After 10 years working as a scientist on environmental management and reporting I founded the Institute for Sustainability in 2004. There we were consulting companies (e.g. Wiener Stadtwerke, Bertelsmann, BASF, Bombardier, Linde, PwC), and we did research projects eg. for the German Environmental Ministry, the German Environmental Agency (UBA) or the German Ministry for Labour and Social Affairs. During the years the market changed tremendously, and therefore I joined akzente in 2019. And for the same reason akzente was bought by Accenture in 2022. Together with other new akqusistions and an existing strategy team we now form the Sustainability Service Europe Hub of Accenture.
I am part of the Sustainability Strategy & Management team within Accentures´ Sustainability Service Europe Hub. It is exciting to participate in the development of the Sustainability Services Hub from the very beginning.
