Overall responsibility for operations: Sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, welding and assembly of all heating and air handling products including planning, quality control and operative procurement as well as internal logistics. Strategic management of the plant as well of the WB Cluster by factory and process planning as well as continuous improvement and the change towards world class manufacturing. Coordination the footprint and smart factory topics for the WB Cluster inside the Ariston manufacturing network with a strong focus on verticalization. An internal tool shop is part of the plant. HSE management for the entire company is included.
