About

There is no such thing as impossible, sometimes there may be a lack of time or ideas. Lightweight construction means placing the atoms in the right order in order to meet the requirements with as few of them as possible. Don't ask how to recycle CFRP. Rather ask how you can convert more oil to carbon fiber and then use it in components for 25 years or more before you burn it, instead of just lighting oil today to warm us up. To be able to see how people grow beyond themselves because their fear of making mistakes is taken away is my professional fulfillment and my motivation in leading and developing people of all ages. As a father of naughty twin girls, I learned that high efficient communication can also solve incredible tasks in unexpected speed.
