Overseeing Product Design and Industrialization: Ensuring Quality-Cost-Delivery (QCD) and alignment with Product / People / Planet / Profit goals. Product Design Strategy: Defining and deploying strategies, methods, and tools to ensure design excellence. Innovation Management: Building and transforming the innovative products roadmap. Budget Management: Developing and adhering to allocated budgets. CSR Strategy Deployment: Implementing ecodesign, CO2 footprint reduction, Zero Waste design principles, developing circular products, enhancing durability, and optimizing sourcing (right-shoring).
