Overseeing operations for 6 units, I am responsible for coordinating the activities and developing the professional abilities of unit management staff of the WenOne, Inc. franchise. Within my area, I directly oversee the management and daily operations of 6 units in: Tyler, TX, Sherman, TX, Palestine, TX, and Nacogdoches, TX. I have been responsible in the past for overseeing the management and daily operations of other units in Bryan, TX, College Station, TX, Gainesville, TX, Arlington, TX, Wichita Falls, TX, and Lawton, OK. I currently ensure that all business processes are enforced in regard to financial controls, operations metrics and standards, and company policies and procedures. I represent the company in community affairs and help to promote the franchise name on a local basis. Most importantly, I ensure a positive dining experience for the customer. I have strong P.C. skills, I travel within my defined area, and I have a demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast- paced, dynamic environment. My solid talent and performance management skills have assisted in the maintenance of the financial profitability for WenOne, Inc.

As a Shift Manager, I assisted the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all company policies, procedures, and systems. I worked to meet sales goals vs. budget. Additionally, I managed food, labor, and paper costs and other controllable expenses to help meet company profit objectives. Not only that, I helped to implement and execute Human resource programs for New Hires and helped to provide the proper training and development for crew. Ensuring the store complied with company policy was a critical part of my job as was completing all administrative requirements and reports. Quality, Service, and Cleanliness Standards were critical to guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
