Using a combination of experience in project management and a wealth of knowledge Electronics & Electrical Engineering acquired from employment and masters degree, I bring a together a unique and highly valuable set of skills and capabilities. I have always have an aptitude for identifying technical issues and I enjoy the challenge of analysing faults, determining the most appropriate course of action and resolving problems. I have extensive experience delivering complex, high quality projects that exceed client expectations and achieve business objectives, primarily in the energy sector. Whilst I have particularly strong knowledge of Telecom, Industrial and Renewable energy applications, my wide-ranging transferable skills, and ability to quickly grasp new concepts, enable me to seamlessly transition when faced with new challenges. From a project management perspective, I have a history of working on projects that are delivered successful, on time, within the set budget and in full alignment with the requirements of the client. I have worked on projects throughout Europe as well as in Africa and the Middle East, and therefore have acquired strong communication skills through collaborating with multinational workforces.
Working in all aspect of Product Development (R&D) and Project Management in order to deliver advanced, custom products and solutions for various Telecom applications, some of these solutions being: - UPS systems and Power Supplies - Fiber optics solutions (FTTA, FTTH) - Complete cabinet systems for 4G, 5G, PTTA and other applications
- Providing technical support (pre- and aftersales) in the Telecom, Industrial and Marine departments - Working on all aspects of product development and project management - Working in close conjunction with the R&D department to conduct in depth product testing in alignment with European and international standards (EN, IEC and UL among others) and specialized Power Electronics product development - Continually reviewing and optimising products and solutions to meet the requirements of the application
- Planning and efficiently managing all project schedules to ensure delivery in line with deadlines and responsible for O&M duties in all PV installations owned by Prime Energy - Controlling budgets, allocating resources effectively, estimating cash flow projections, and maximising cost efficiency at all times - Designing, developing and implementing various PV installations of more than 24MWp in capacity, all of which certified by TUV Hellas - Conducting comprehensive investigations into problems and providing recommending suitable courses of action to ensure an effective and timely solution - Carrying out in depth reviews of engineering plans, specifications, designs and circuit diagrams for related electronic and electrical systems - Providing effective and wide-ranging technical support to clients on system operation and maintenance - Establishing, building and maintaining positive working relationships with multinational field crews, contractors and vendors - Working as Inverter Product Manager from September 2011 responsible for reviewing and analysing technical data and prices of solar and industrial inverters and selecting optimal solution for each project.
