As the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at Fossil Group, Inc., I oversee the design and implementation of an efficient regional strategy to attract and acquire top talent for our organization. With over 17 years of experience in the HR and retail industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the market trends, challenges, and opportunities in the EMEA and APAC regions. I am passionate about creating an amazing candidate experience and enhancing our employer brand, both online and offline. I leverage innovative tools and methods, such as e-recruiting software, automated video interviewing, and active sourcing, to optimize the recruitment process and improve the quality of hires. I also collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to align the talent acquisition goals with the business objectives and ensure a smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, I am excited to announce that I will be expanding my support to the APAC region as well. With this new responsibility, I am eager to contribute my expertise and work closely with our teams in Asia-Pacific to attract and acquire top talent for our organization. • Design and implementation of an efficient regional strategy to improve the quality of recruitment and identify alternative sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles (active sourcing) • Maintenance and further development of the e-recruiting software • Implementation of an Automated Video Interviewing tool • Implementation of online and offline activities on the topic of employer branding for internal employees and external candidates • Monitoring of the complete recruitment process (including software, interviews, new tools & communication) to constantly improve the candidate experience (through training, process optimization) • Responsible for the recruitment of management positions
